UUSkins is a Steam-OpenID marketplace run by Vertex Digital Global UK Limited whose documented flow is one-directional: you top up a cash balance with a card or bank transfer, spend that balance on skins, and accept a Steam trade offer to receive them. Its own Terms are blunt that the balance is site credit for buying virtual items and normally cannot be withdrawn, and the help centre only has two categories — Buy CS2 Skins and Rent CS2 Skins. A P2P "Sell Skins" product is advertised on the homepage and a rental service exists alongside buying, but neither the selling sequence nor any seller payout is documented anywhere public, so plan around the buy side being the only part you can read up on before you sign up.
