How trading works here

What actually happens when you buy or sell

Peer-to-peer: items move directly between Steam inventories. Its link to a crypto exchange is what shapes its payment options.

P2P: items are delivered from seller Steam inventories, so Steam trade holds apply. The export exposes no trade-lock field, unlike the item API.

Sellers withdraw in USD; White.Market also supports crypto payout.

What it is built for

  • Crypto rails are first-class here, being attached to an exchange

Things to know

  • The corporate structure is spread across three jurisdictions, so it is not obvious who you are contracting with
  • We have no live integration for it, so its prices come only from stored scraper rows
  • We hold no verified seller fee for it, so profit figures against it are gross

How to trade on White.Market

What you actually have to do, step by step. Every step links to the page it was checked against.

White.Market is a Steam-OpenID CS2 marketplace where you and the counterparty trade skins to each other over Steam, and the site holds the money in between — so nearly every step depends on your Steam side being correctly set up (public inventory, trade URL, API key, plus their Chrome extension or mobile app to confirm offers). Selling is manual at the point of trade: you list, wait for a buyer, then personally verify the buyer's Steam profile and confirm the offer in the Steam app. The balance is site credit rather than cash — deposits cannot be withdrawn at all, only money from items you actually sold, and that money is locked for eight days after the sale before withdrawal opens up, with KYC and a verified payment method also required first.
